Storage:

The AK-TAS Tank Terminal located at Derince-Izmit was acquired in 1999. The terminal has many tanks with different capacities, special bonded warehouse status, direct access to sea and a safe offloading jetty. The terminal is covered by the International Shipping and Port Security Code(ISPS Code) agreement and with its secure automation and measuring systems, it is operating as one of the most important chemicals storage installations in Turkey.

With modern management and administration concept AK-TAS Tank Terminal continuously provides services in the following fields:

Storage of imported liquid chemicals in dedicated tanks (coated, heated etc.) with different sizes

Drumming/Packaging/Palletising/Labeling of bulk liquid chemicals

Safe loading of products from tanks to road tankcars

Continuous quality control of stored products by laboratory analyses

Providing appropriate storage conditions to liquid chemicals that require varying handling temperatures and other conditions
