Amos Qingdao Hainel Co., Ltd is located in China beautiful seaside city--Qingdao with a land area of 70,000 sqm. which is a CE, ISO, TS16949 certified investment casting factory, and has been engaged in this field for 18 years in China. Currently, Amos Qingdao Hainel Co.,Ltd. have two silicon sol investment casting production lines with monthly production capacity of 300 tons and one water glass investment casting production line with a monthly production capacity of 600 tons. In addition to that, we can also finish 240 thousand pcs of surface treatment parts, 60 thousand pcs of precision machining parts and 80 pcs of precision casting moulds in one month.

For our whole manufacturing process, both production control and quality control are in strict accordance with standard TS16949 systems. Advanced production & machining equipments, excellent QC ensurance equipments and perfect quality control system effectively guarantee the part quality.
