Automation Service is a global leader in remanufactured process controls. Major brands remanufactured include Rosemount, Fisher, Foxboro, HoneyAutomation Servicell and Moore.
We handle common controls such as 3051 transmitters, 1151 Transmitters, I/A Series Electronic Transmitters, Fisher control valves and Rosemount magflow systems. We also handle some rare or hard to find controls. We have an extensive inventory, highly skilled staff, and quick turnarounds.

We have perfected our proprietary processes over the last 50+ years we have been in business. Each instrument is completely disassembled without regard to operational state, then we comprehensively restore components to a state of like-new performance, replace wearable components with new, assemble and calibrate. We emphasize the difference between merely rebuilding and our painstaking process of restoring controls to OEM specifications. We go to these extremes so our customers can have complete confidence, knowing that our products will perform as well as new equipment in all applications.

Automation Service also offers value added services such as instrument repair, calibration, remote capillary and sealed systems and process controls recycling. Our recycling program is hassle-free, efficient and in exchanged for used, scrap or surplus instruments we offer credit toward future purchases. This results in 1000% more yield than sending the instruments to the scrap bin.
Our products are warranted 2 years from the date of installation, not the date of purchase. Automation Service is an ISO 9001:20080 certified facility, and is committed to continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
