These products fully satisfied the differentiated demands of crops and were widely accepted by farmers at home and abroad.Adhering to the concept of "people first, technology first", our company employed numbers of advanced technical talents and established a professional R&D team of nearly 30 staff including Professors, Doctors, Masters, etc. We invested RMB 10 million to build up a "Soil resources utilization national engineering laboratory", and annually upgraded our R&D equipments by over RMB 10 millions to publish almost 10 new technological products each year.
