The history of the Bongustaia S.r.l homemade pasta factory goes back to the end of 50???s and during this half-century it has been able to reach a big presence within the territory of Lazio.

During the 2002, the brand is bought by the Millarini family, owner of another historical enterprise engaged in the frozen stuffed pasta production, namely the ??? G.A CHICO??? successfully active  in Lazio, since 1976 with the brand ???Chico???.

In 2007, with the Roscini family ???s social entry and its pluriennal experience in the food products commercialisation, the ???Chico-Bongustaia??? Company plains the future challenges. A productive structure has been completely overtook and  modernized in the vicinity of Santa Palomba, in the roman country, in order to set up a production characterized by the following basic principles:
