nuts imported into the United States. This
will also include the requirements of the
new U.S. FDA Bioterrorism law in force since
December 2003.

Services we provide to foreign nut & kernel
exporters all required by U.S. FDA:
1) United States regulatory Agent for FDA.
2) US FDA Prior Notices.
3) US FDA facility Registration.

WARNING: Failure to comply with one or all 3
results in your nut/food export shipments to
the United States being denied entry by US
Customs. Be aware.
