Ceramtechno Pte Ltd is specialized in building complete modern brick plant and supplying equipment and machinery to the brick and ceramic industries :- � Clay preparation machinery, including box feeder, CERAMTECHNO PTE LTDt pan mill, fine roller mill, clay pulverizing machine, circular screen feeder and mixer � Brick cutting machine including extruder, brick cutting machine and handling equipment � Tunnel dryer, tunnel kiln and roller kiln � Firing system for gaseous, liquid and solid fuels with computerized firing control system In recent years, the soaring fuel cost has painted an alarming picture for the heavy clay industry. In fact, the energy cost has reached an unbearable level for most brick factories using conventional fuel such as fossil fuels or coal. At Ceramtechno, we visualized the impending threat of energy cost in brick industry ever since early 80�s. Much of our efforts has been focused on the research of utilization of cheap source of biomass solid fuels such as sawdust, wood wastes, oil palm shells and fibres, padi husk etc for firing bricks in tunnel kiln. The saving of energy cost by using biomass solid fuels was becoming more obvious at the turn of this century when the fossil fuel prices inflated sharply. Today, such saving in energy cost can be as high as 80% compared to that using fossil fuels. With our many years� experiences in the industry, we know too well the problems encountered in the operation of a modern brick plant.
