Company Description

Exportarea external export department of one of the biggest producer cooperative of Virgin olive oil in Spain. The production rates are 40 millions kilos of virgin olive oil, exploting more than 42,000 olive trees hectares (mainly picual olive tree variety). The laboratory is one of the most advanced centres in its field and establishes the supervision and quality control necessaries in production, canning, bottling and packing. Therefore, the laboratory gets more than 50,000 analytic checks, and contrasts the productions quality in collaboration with the Regional Goverment laboratories. The main certifications are: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC and IFS. By the way, Picual olive oil has the highest content of oleic acid (78.93%) and antioxidants to the rest of the of the olive oils and vegetable oils.This allows to cook with our virgin olive oil at temperatures as high as 240 C / 475 F, preserving all of his vitamins, essential fatty acids and other dietary components of great importance.
