The corporation was setup with a primary objective to involve in agriculture development. The membera of the director are highly experience and qualified in both corporate agriculture management. The corporation is capable to managing and developing in agriculture development. In 1997, the company has successfully secured a piece of land (1000 acres) from state Government of Kelantan as a proposed site of plantation known as Pos Mering Eco Valley. Basically multi agricultural orchad combined with 500 acres of Teak & Kasai foresty plantation. 50acres of organic vegetables farm and 50 acres of multiple Tropica Fruit Trees.
