GtP Plas-Tech Consultant provides services in terms of innovative employee training with regards to process operating parameters of extruding Post consumers and recyclable HDPE, LDPE and PP plastic chips into compounded pellets. The company introduces new operating parameters that optimizes production, reduce scrap generation, minimize production downtimes, produce better product quality, reduce poGtP Plas-Tech Consultantr consumption and optimize employee utilization. The training creates extruders operators not glorified machine operators who understands the happenings inside an extruder and react to it to achieve the above. The company provides classroom training and on floor training without major disruptions in production schedule. A separate and more intensive training program for management is also provided to make them more knowledgeable in reacting to and provide solutions to production problems. GtP motto of Geared Towards Profit is intended towards increasing clientele profitability with emphasis on maximum utilization of existing equipment facility as opposed to new installations unless and until it becomes obviously necessary.
