Charming is an industrial group with eight departments, advanced machinery, precise testing apparatus and large numbers of professionals. Subsidiary to the company are Masterbatch, Polyester Fiber, Aromatics, Silica Gel, Paint& Coat, Paper Products, Electroplating Plastics and Pen-making.
In 1992, the department was appraised among the first batch of the same trade, one of the Provincial New High-tech Enterprises, and in 1994, the Province's Enterprise Technical Centers by National Economy& Trading Commission, General Bureau of State Taxation and State Customs Administration.
