Hangzhou 3-Star Craftwork Glass Co., Ltd. is a cosmetic bottle manufactory founded in 1986. In 2005, Hangzhou 3Star Craftwork Glass Co.; Ltd operated with Germany HEINZ-GLAS which is one of the world’s most famous corporations in the industry and has more than 400 years of history. Since cooperation, both the two sides have dispatched technical and administrative personnel for study and exchange, which has improved our production technology and management level highly. With two regenerative reheating furnaces and automatic production lines, we can produce 150 million pieces of cosmetic bottles each year. In October 2006, we introduced an 8-D I.S. machine to make nail polish bottles and perfume bottles, realizing a daily output of 250, 000 pieces. In addition, we have introduced 6-D, 4-D, 6-S and 4-S I.S. machines, too. With 900 employees and a daily production capacity of 500, 000 pieces, our company can offer various kinds of cream bottles, perfume bottles and nail polish bottles. We have multiple bottle lines, such as sand blasting lines, painting lines, printing lines and polishing lines. We have passed the certification of ISO-9001 and own the export right. Our bottles have reached European standards. We mainly make high-grade emulsion bottles, cream bottles, perfume bottles, nail polish bottles and automobile perfume bottles, and undertake processing, printing, sand blasting, hot stamping and painting businesses. We have cooperated with many domestically well-known enterprises and provided quality glass packaging materials for cosmetic enterprises in the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Korea, etc. Because our product quality, service level and reputation are improved increasingly, lots of internationally famous cosmetic companies, such as P&G and AVON, have begun to cooperate with us.
