Much has changed since we upgraded the manufacture with help of high tech fibers, state-of-the-art knitting/seaming/sublimation printing equipments, progressive designs. Quality K1 : Puresock cares deeply about the health of feet, environment for the earth and social responsibility for our staff which is conformed to BSCI. So our produced socks are eco-friendly, non toxic, lead free, cadmium free, formaldehyde free, azo free and conformed to Europe and USA regulations. Furthermore, due to our great attention to the technical research & development of socks and yarns, our socks have satisfactory performance in colorfastness to rubbing, colorfastness to washing, breakage strength, healthy PH value range (4.0-7.5), no smell etc. Besides, for some clients who have ideas but without designs, our DT(Designers Team) can work out designs for your option accordingly to your rough ideas, with the help of professional designing softwares including Adoble Illustrator, Corel Draw, Rhinoceros 3D,Photoshop etc.

Quality K2 : Under ISO9001 Quality Management System, Every day Puresock turns thousands of pounds of yarn into thousands of pairs of socks by its hundreds of auto computerized knitting machine, which have been exported to more than 30 countries like Europe, USA, Japan, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We use a wide variety of yarns dictated by the way our customers use our products. All the fibers we use have their own knitting properties and those factors need to be considered when developing our products. Our design process also must consider the type of knitting machine, yarn size and weight, machine capacity, and pricing. As you see, there is a lot to evaluate before we even get to knitting.

Quality K3: We have broken the manufacturing process into five major steps (actually there are much more sub-steps). We start with knitting, followed by seaming, wet finish, board pairing, and packaging. Surely there are QC at each steps, and a final QC is still performed after package before delivery. So as to ensure both the socks quality, package and shipping marks etc. all are correct for each order.
