Company Description

Bratya Daskalovi Winery Estate was established in 1937 and located in central southern Bulgaria in the foothills of Sredna Gora mountain. In 2003 the Stoyanovs(Kati Commerce Ltd.) took over the winery and planted 40 hectares of varieties Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Muscat Jiallo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Alicante Bouchet tempranilo.

The grapes for Kati Commerce Ltd. wines are hand-harvested at full maturity technology. Fermentation of red wine held in concrete tanks and white wines - in stainless steel tanks under very strict temperature control. Part of the wine is aged in 220 liter barrels of French and American oak from six to twelve months. The wines are bottled in the cellar.

Our production is oriented towards young, fresh, fruity wines with an emphasis on the appearance of variety and terroir of southern Bulgaria.
