On December 26, 2009 the Board of Directors of Orgkhim Company approved a new mission of the company:

In connection thereof we have resolved on a new company�� name and changed some corporate style features. We are glad to announce that in the new year of 2010 the RESIN INDUSTRY HOLDING COMPANY ORGKHIM will be renamed into BIOCHEMICAL HOLDING COMPANY ORGKHIM.
We certainly do our best to maintain our production process and seek for progress. Moreover, we are increasing the output volumes of our main products, hence oriented on catering of demands of our customers and providing them with top-quality products.
