Company Description

I am a close friend of a Trustee of probably the largest Trust in London, I am not a broker and there is no one betNibroc Investments, LLCen me and the Trustee. They have immense resources. They Buy only and can not provide any upfront information, such as LOI, POF, FPA, etc. until they know the Instruments are real.

The only procedure that works is to have the beneficial owner of the instruments submit the screen codes for the full multi page screens on the instruments (Euroclear, DTC, Clearstream, etc.).  If the Trust is interested they will immediately place a Buy Ticket on the screen and then provide the Seller with the information required and/or follow the Sellers procedures. Any sophisticated owner knows that providing these codes will not compromise the instruments. The Seller can even submit the codes for just one small instrument ($50 Million USD minimum) as a test.

CUSIP OR ISIN numbers are a waste of time, as is anything on the Bloomberg screen; the only way to proceed is for your Seller to provide the FULL MULTI PAGE SCREEN CODES.

Please don't send paperwork with sample LOI's, FPA?, Buyer Info request, etc. as this will never get to the Trustee, they will follow the Seller procedures after the Buy Ticket is placed.
