USA and Canada markets are the biggest in the world, but selling to North America based customers is difficult and sometime impossible task without having representatives on the ground. My company is currently helping two Chinese and one Russian company to sell their products here. NYC Business Group not distributors or re sellers, but rather help build your own infrastructure that will save your company a lot of money in the long run.

Below is the list of services we provide. One can pick and chose any particular service or their combination. Our rates are reasonable, and we our goal is to help you to be successful in selling your products.

- Representation without registering legal entity

- Legal entity registration and support (Register with relevant government agencies, get permissions to do business, open bank accounts, pay taxes, file annual reports and so on)

- Rent office and warehouse spaces when needed

- Help in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy for your products in US and Canada.

- We will help you or on your behave hire and employ sales people and account managers to sell your product. We will help to provide training and support.

- Support your personnel with visas and other logistical support from the US

- Develop and set up internet presence (websites) to start marketing and selling products that are ready for US market (will include receiving inventory from China, storing, shipping, accepting payments, and providing customer support).
