Terry Soft is a new technology product from Exolloys, designed to dye Terry fabric upto very high gsm. The machine is suitable to dye various heavy gsm fabrics like terry, velour etc. with greater ease. Advantages: Uniform dyeing in every chamber. Greater repeatability of dyeing. Very suitable to treat delicate and sensitive fabrics without any difficulty. Very low liquor ratio. Open width knitted fabrics can be treated. Entangle free smooth running of the fabric. Technical Data: Maximum working temp 135 C. Maximum working pressure 3.2 bar. Heating rate : approx. 4 C/min upto 90 C & 3 C /min upto 135 C at steam pressure of 6 bar. Cooling rate : approx. 3 C/min at water pressure of 4 bar at 15 C.
