What we do for quality control:

Material inspection, to make sure we are always using the correct material, including steel, oil seal, copper bushing. All purchased parts need to be tested before move into the warehouse.

During the production, workers is the first step, our worker checks the size after every time when they finish one part. And we have a team of 93 people walk around the workshop to find and solve problems. All products checked before move into warehouse.

We have three dimensional Scan center to help us obtain right technical information.
Tension and Torsion Inspection Center is necessary for bolts, shoes and track pins.
We also have Flaw Detection Center to inspect the inside situation of our products.
Forth,good quality and no worry after-sell service.All our products have 12 months' guarantee under normal woring envionment and 8 months in mine.We will check size or confirm drawings with customer before poduction to make sure we are always sending the correct items.And if you receive wrong or unqualified products,we will return full payment or replace it with new ones in next container.

Fifth, our great ability of developing new products. We have 6 senior engineer and 12 technicians, we accept all kind of drawings of machinery parts, or similar parts to undercarriages.But we do not accept the parts which can not be finished in our factory by our equipments. We can design and make first sample with in 30 days.
