RATTAN GEARS (INDIA) is situated in the Heart of the Country of INDIA at Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra. The Company was formed in 1992 by it&＃039;s founder Late Mr. Surinder Singh Kalsi. He was a very reknowned Foreman of Steel Re-Rolling Mills. After providing his services to the Steel Industries for a long time & with the help of vast experience gained in the Steel Industries he started the company in 1992. In a very short span of time the company has became a Big name in the industry and today company is enjoying a very good client list throughout the country and abroad which includes Lig Business Groups, Steel Re-Rolling Mills, Other Heavy Industries, Government Organizations like Indian Air Force, Mineral Exploration Corporation of India Ltd., Export Houses etc. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Complete Steel Re-Rolling Mill Plants (Manual/Semi-Automatic/Automaic) for the manufacturing of various sections like Rebars, TMT/CTD Bars, Wire Rods, Angles, Flats, Joists, Channels etc. RATTAN GEARS (INDIA) also manufacture other items for Steel Re-Rolling Mill Plants like Stands, Fly-Wheels, Coilers, Rotary Shears, Pinch Rolls, Universal & Geared Couplings, Shearing Machines, Section Straightening Machines, Twistings Machines, All type of Gears, Gear Boxes, Pinion Stands, Reduction Gear Boxes, Reduction cum Pinion Stands, Speed Increasers, Bearing Chocks etc. We also supply Alloy Steel (Adamite) and S G Iron Rolls & Reels, Steel Castings up to 45 Metric Ton single pc., Forging Quality Ingots, Forged Rolls, Shafts, Blanks, Rings, Blocks, Chilled Rolls, Workshop machineries etc. We also undertake complete project work on TURNKEY basis for the projects of Steel Re-Rolling Mill Plants, Melting Furnaces (Induction & Arc) for any metal and CCM (Billet Caster) We also provide consultancy services for the above plants and automisation of Rolling Mill Plants.
