Cleanmax Power machines provide up to 100%cleaning of DPFs and catalytic converters within approximately 1hour.  DPF & CATALYTIC CONVERTER CLEANING MACHINE   In Europe and Turkey, our DPF and Catalytic Converter Machine have been a been a breakthrough in terms of working and cleaning. The machine is built relying on the cleaning product. This cleaning product reaches the optimal level of reaction and cleaning at the degree 80. Therefore our machine starts with increasing the heat of the water to 80 degrees. The Cleanmax Power Machine is built after the promotion of patented cleaning product in the market. Our machines purpose is to clean the DPF or a catalytic converter in an optimal way with the use of Cleanmax Power cleaning product, dry it and make the DPF or catalytic converter ready to insert back into the vehicle. Closed cabin, isolates the cleaning process from the working environment and also lets you observe the DPF or Catalytic Converter through the glass. An additional air vent will help for the evacuation of steam.   All the metal parts in Cleanmax Power machine is made of 304 stainless steel and all the other parts are created with use material who have proven its high quality in the market.   Other main aspects of our machine;       •    Cleaning DPF or Catalytic Convertor up to 175 cm.       •    The connection of DPF or Catalytic Convertor in a range of 40-90 mm.       •    Automatic adjustment of the flow of water with an electrical valve       •    Force of water between 0 - 5 (maximum)       •    Contaminant accumulation tank       •    Water level and tank control system with sensors       •    380 Volt AC       •    Compressor is working in between 5-8 bars       •    Throws out the softened soot in the DPF with the support of air blower   After putting in the DPF or Catalytic Convertor, you can just close the doors of the cabin and remotely control the process from the control panel with open/close switches.
