List of machineries manufactured for pharmaceutical industries

Rectangular bulk sterilizers and lab model sterilizer, eo gas sterilizer for disposables, multicolumn pyrogen free distilled water plants(byusing soft water), steam jacketed pans, pressure vessels, storage tanks, wad washing machines, syrup boiling vessels, pressure tank with fixed jet rinsers, double cone blenders, ribbon blenders.

For chemical industries

All types of equipments, viz. Stainless steel jacketed reactors of various capacities(rangingfrom 250 litrs to 10,000 litrs). Also suitable for application calling for jacket steam pressures upto 150 psig and internal pressure upto 75 psig using stuffing box gland assembly and mechanical seal construction for higher internal pressures upto 1500 psig.

Liquid-liquid extractors of capacities 5000-8000 litres per hour and length ranging from 5000 mm to 7500 mm with rotary disc agitator assembly to run along the length of the extractor.

Hydrogenation reactors working at 6-8 kgf/cm2 with mechanical seal construction for liquid-gas phase reactions and with very high agitator speeds, ranging from 1000 to 1500 RPM.
