Xuzhou Mine Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. comes from XCMG Mining Equipment Factory. Founded in 1956, which belongs to National Machinery Department. Since 2001, it reformed as a private owned enterprise, with registered capital of US$ 3.5 million dollars and more than US$ 26 million permanent assets, Xuzhou Mine Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully achieved US$ 21 million sales turnover in 2009.
