The permits and certificates that we hold grant us the right to provide the following construction services: General construction works; indoor and outdoor water supply and sewerage systems; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; start and adjustment of installations; electrical engineering works (assembly of distribution substations, electrical power lines with a voltage of up to 400 kV, relay protection for electrical installations with a voltage of up to 400 kV, and automation and control systems); telecommunications; security and fire alarm systems; finish-related construction works at cultural heritage sites; trenchless construction of engineering communications. Our works are very efficient because we have all the required machinery and equipment. DESIGN. The permits and certificates that we hold grant us the right to provide the following design services: Land plot completion (land plot plans); architecture; structures; technologies; communications; water supply and sewerage; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; electrical engineering (electrical installations with a voltage of up to 400 kV and their relay protection, automation, and control systems); electronic communications (telecommunications); security alarm systems; fire alarm systems; process management and automation; preparatory work and organisation of construction works; calculation of construction price; economic and cost registration books. The company was founded in 1988. It employs more than 300 people out of whom more than 80 % have higher or vocational education. The majority have acquired engineering education. Since 1996, we have been participating in the activities of Lithuanian Electricity Association, since 1998 � in the activities of Lithuanian Builders Association. Our major customers include Litgrid AB, Lesto AB and municipalities of Lithuania. By turnover, we are among the ten largest companies engaging in similar activities in Lithuania. In 2000, the company implemented a quality management system complying with the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001. In 2004, the company implemented an integrated environmental protection and employee health and safety management system, which enables us to manage the relevant risks and comply with the requirements of international standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
