For a given protein target, Abmart will deliver customers with a library of monoclonal hybridoma cell lines with the following quality parameters: 1) library size > 10 monoclonal hybridoma cell lines for each target 2) Antibody isotype IgGs 3) Epitope coverage Targeting multiple, independent, protein surface epitopes 4) Antibody applications Western, IP, IF, IHC, flow cytometry, ELISA 5) Affinity Kd in the nM range (<10-8M) 6) Production Time ~4-4.5 months including antigen production 7) Success rate > 80% of all projects
