Company Description

The Abubakari Mahama Company Limited is a business organization which was registered in 1997 as a private limited liability entity. The company was registered with the Registrar General Department with registration number 73481 in Ghana and recorded as a legal entity in the register of companies in Ghana. The company commenced business operation same year with the issuance of the certificate of incorporation and certificate to commence business. The promoter of the company is Mr. Abubakari Mahama who owns 85% of shares with other remaining shares allocated to Miss Abubakari Mahama and Mr. Mohaidiin Abubakari. By the company’s nature, it is a family company where all shares are controlled by family members. They constitute the Board of Directors. Management of the company is headed by Mr. Abubakari Mahama, the principal shareholder who doubles as the managing Director of the company. Other qualified personnel are also employed by the Board of Directors to carry out the day to day management of the company. The traditional business line of the company includes construction works and export of goods such as sheanuts, soya-beans, pulses, maize sheabutter and yam and other agri-businesses. Animal Husbandry has recently been added to the activities of the company in its diversification drive. The business cycle of the company has been characterized by ups and downs but this notwithstanding; the company has got over two decades of experience in her line of operations.
