Aekam Industries is being established with the aim to support their customers, 100% satisfaction of work. Here, we are producing mainly of Injection Moulds, Investment Casting Dies, Die Casting Dies, Forging Dies, Prototype Tools and other tool accessories like Jigs and Fixtures. Apart from Tool Room technologies, we had also gone through precision part machining and pilot batch productions. Aekam is a system driven unit and we are developing the systems to suit the customer requirements. Right from the beginning at Design stage all the procedures are being followed through their defined system. We believe in Teamwork and at Aekam, our team of well qualified engineers makes the things easier. Our team is having â??SMARTâ?? goals. VMC with all standard accessories. a. VMC Jyoti-850 = Table size-1000 x 530, Stroke length-820 x 510 x 510. b. VMC Jyoti-430 = Table size-600 x 300, Stroke length-400 x 300 x 350. 2. Drill Machines , Lathe machines 3. Surface plate (Micro Flat â?? 630 x 630 x 80). 4. Height Gauge (600mm). 5. All assembly equipments.
