The “Agricola Giansanti†is an Italian family company dedicated to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP closed loop, all
Agricolagiansanti milk and only our milk is processed in our dairy within the company. The farm, located in Parma, combines the most modern and advanced techniques of cattle breeding, with the craftsmanship of our master cheese makers giving the final product a unique taste. In our dairy we use a special technique of making cheese from which it is possible to obtain a Parmigiano Reggiano richer in proteins and that allows longer seasoning. All the cheese making process, from milking to aging, is carried out within the company.
