Akhter Solar state-of-the-art facility is located in hattar industrial estate, haripur (Pakistan) , North west of islamabad, where the next generation of technology meets lean manufacturing, and ensures akhter can respond quickly to the needs of the rapidly growing photovoltaic market.
Akhter solar has installed first time the automated production facility for the mass production of photovoltaic modules in Pakistan. In this facility solar cells are processed into photovoltaic modules. We akhter solar Limited produce different watts solar panels ranging from 5 Watt to 270 Watt. In an integrated production system, the plant manufactures highly efficient PV modules using high value raw materials including cells from q-cells Germany which is amongst the top 3 solar cell manufacturers in the world. The distinguished elements in the plant include an eco laminator and a stringer machine of latest design & features which can handle sophisticated solar cells of thinnest size with greater efficiency and have high capacity to meet growing demands while maintaining peak quality of the solar panels manufactured. Thus throughout the production process from cells to modules, high quality is maintained. All PV modules are 100% tested using the latest technology ensuring the delivery of reliable and high performance products to the market.
