We have two factories for our own production. Our products&＃39; high quality comes as a result of the experience we obtained from several years in producing , trading and exporting to several countries all over the world since 2007. We are exporting to China, USA, Turkey, India etc....... Also we have our private Import & Export company.Our own production line consists of two boilers and 3 cold wash stages and one dust removal step. We are using different special chemicals to assure the quality, cleaning and brightness of the flakes. A private crushers to assure the PVC content before crushing the flakes. Also we do a manual check by some clever workers to assure no pvc.We are caring about the quality with the following specifications:- - 2 steps of hot washed with caustic soda and other chemicals. - 3 steps of cold wash. - Dust and impurities are removed. - Labels, rings and Capes are removed. - PVC less than 0.03 % , control it up to 0 - 50 ppm. - No Moisture, Dried with a drier. " 1 % MAX. " - Size of flakes : 12 - 18 mm. " Can be changed according to your request." - I.V. : 0.72 - 0.78 dl/gm. - Density : 0.16 - 0.30 g/cm3. " Changes according to the flakes size ". - Melting Temp.: 256 .- Different Packing in small woven bags, 35 Kg/Each. - 600 - 1000 MT/month our factory&＃39;s capacity. - Long term business is appreciated.
