Our olives are cultivated in the Province of Valencia, Spain, in a Mediterranean climate that provides the ideal conditions for them to ripen. To ensure that the olives� qualities are maintained, we use only latest generation presses, which guarantee that the pressing and bottling processes don�t detract from the olives� quality or flavour.
