Company Description

Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd. is the largest Israel-based fuel company
following the acquisition of 1,700 TOTAL-FINA gas stations, an
oil refinery, terminals and pipeline in the U.S.A ,forming Alon USA.
Alon's dynamic expansion over the past year has also included the purchase of
Dor Energy and Dorgas, including a chain of filling stations.
Altogether, Alon-Dor has over 350 operating stations of various kinds around
Israel, giving it a 20% share of the local petroleum market.
The company also has major retail holdings in food and convenience stores,
many of them located in Alon's gas stations and real-estate centers by the stations.
