An Phat Plastic & Mineral JSC CaCo3 filler compound is made from super thin CaCo3 powder imported, mixed with best virgin LLDPE and additives which is used in/to:
- blowing or molding film, injection or molding extrusion easier,
- increases rigidity, toughness of final product,
- improve printing surface
- decrease or save cost of production etc
- replaced to save main resin consumption
Please ref our product specification as below:
- 80% Caco3 + 20%LLDPE ? CaCo3 filler compound
- Caco3 particle size: <= 1.5 micro
- MFI (melting index): 4 +-0.5 g/10min, ASMT 1238 (190 degree Celsius, 2.16kg)
- Whiteness > 98%
