I am an agent for a mandated seller selling cement. Please supply me with a LOI stating yAndre Machado requirements and I will then provide you with a Soft Offer. Serious Buyers only please.

SPECIFICATIONS: International Standard DIN EN 196 or British Standard 12/1996 or American Standard C-150 or European Standard EN 197-1:2000, SABS, GOST, 32.5 & 52.5
DELIVERY PORTS: Any secure Non-US/UN sanctioned port worldwide (INCOTERMS 2000)
DELIVERY TERMS: Twelve month contracts, CIF
ORIGIN: Europe, Asia or the Americas, always at the Sellers choice

PROCEDURES OVERVIEW
1. All LOI's/ICPO?s must be fresh dated, have soft probe permission included, should be signed and stamped.
2. The Buyer completes, signs and seals the SOFT OFFER on each page and returns it.
3. We will supply the format of the required IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER which will be required on the Buyer?s Letterhead and addressed to the Seller with the BANK COMFORT LETTER.
4. A FULL CORPORATE OFFER with the Seller's final offered price will be provided, the Buyer completes and signs the Full Corporate Offer correctly and returns it within five working days.
5. The Seller will issue the final sales and purchase contract. The buyer will be required to sign on each page and return it within five working days. The Seller will be the last to sign and seal the Contract.
6. The Buyer's Bank issues the required PROOF OF FUNDS via SWIFT to the Seller's Bank within 10 (Ten) days.
7. The Seller?s Bank confirms the Seller?s readiness to issue the POP.
8. The Buyer issues the non-operative banking instrument.
9. The Seller provides the POP certificates and the 2% PB etc. via SWIFT bank to bank to activate the non-operative instrument.
10. Delivery is schedules to start within 45 days after full activation of the financial instrument.
