* Being an investor and manager of over 10 real-estate projects with the investment value of more than 10 billion VND

IMPORTANT MILESTONES:
* Apec Investment Jsc was established in 7/2006

* The Que Vo Industrial Zone project was approved to invest on 20th June 2008

* The Diem Thuy industrial zone project was officially approved and handed to APECI as an investor on 18th July 2008

* Apeci was officially approved to be an investor of The Tuc Duyen urban zone project on 31th August 2010

* The International Technology City Project was approved and handed to APECI on 30th December 2008.
The Ha Nam urban ecology zone project was approved to invest on 28th December 2009

* The project of Commercial Centre Complex with High-class Department and luxury hotel was broken ground on 4th August 2010.

* The Bac Ninh Commercial Centre project was approved to hand to APECI on 27th August 2010


* The An Van Duong urban project was approved for master plan scale of 1/500 on 22nd January 2009.

* APECI was list on stock market (HNX) on 13th September 2010

APEC Investment is permitted to be the project owner by Thai Nguyen s people committee under official No. 1137-UBND-SXKD dated 18/07/2008. According to that official, APEC will make detailed plan and invest in infrastructure of the project.

Location: Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province.

Total square: 250 ha

Total investment capital: VND 750 billion.

Hues people committee has accepted APEC Investments project under official No. 334/TB-UBND dated 06/10/2008

* Thinh Dan APEC Urban Project

The project aims at providing new living environments for citizen of Thai Nguyen City and oversea experts in Thai Nguyen province. APEC wants to create a modern infrastructure, exotic architecture followed international standard to fulfill demand of both mid and high-income classes, foreigners.

Thai Nguyens people committee has permitted APEC Investment to do location survey and make detailed plan under official No. 2084/ UBND-TH dated 26/12/2008.

Location: Thinh Dan commune, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.

Total square: 50 ha

Purposes:

- Residential area:

- Villas (Detached villas, and doublet villas): are constructed in surface of 37.500 sq.m. Each is especially built on natural hill with yard and garden with relaxing and beautiful view.

- Town houses: are constructed in surface of 90,000 sq.m with a lot of models. In front of each row, APEC will leave space for public yard, roads for cars. It is suitable for mid-income classes of inhabitants to live.

- The facilities comprises of mini-marts, medical centers and sport zones.
