Dear Sir,

Please be noted that the Ministry of Food & Disaster Management of Apollo Trading Corporation Government has floated International two separate International Tenders for import of (100,000 + 100,000) = 200,000 MT Red Hard Winter Wheat separately. We shall forward you Tender Documents as per your request in which you will get details specifications and terms and conditions. We shall have to purchase Tender Document and wait please for the same. Please find the specification of previous Tender in attachment.

The particulars of the Tender are furnished below:


A) Quantity: 1,00,000 MT. (5% more or less at sellers option. Minimum quantity to be offered is 30,000 MT.

B) 1,00,000 MT at Chittagong and Mongla on CIF Liner out at both ends. Price per MT is to be quoted in USD for Chittagong port and Mongla port separately.

C) Mode of Payment      : Through Letter of Credit (L/C)

D) Country of Origin    : Any country in the world

E) Crop year    : 2008 or latest.

F) Date of Shipment     : 30 days from the date of signing of the contact.

G) Earnest Money/Bid Bond       : US$ 120,000 (One Hundred Twenty Thousand) for offer of per 30,000 MT of Wheat (in favour of Director General of Food).

H) Cost of Tender Schedule      : Tk. 5000 (USD 75) each documents, non refundable.

I) Tender Closing Date  : 23.09.2008 and 06.10.2008

J) Validity of offer    : 12.10.2008 and 26.10.2008

K) Others Terms and Conditions: Incomplete and conditional tender will not be considered.
