APS International Consultants international consultancy company based in the Philippines.  Currently, we have the authority to sell 150 hectares of development land for a retirement community in an island cove in the City of Puerto Princesa Palawan Philippines.  While we were in the process of building a rest house on the site, we discovered that one meter below the surface lies a deposit of silica sand 98%. We had the samples assayed and the results indicated we have at least 2 million tonnes on this island property.  We are selling the land of course however if there is an interested buyer for the deposits, we will entertain any interested buyer.
