NorArctic Catch ASgian Red King and Snow Crab & Fresh Whitefish Processing on Arctic Catch AS. Located in Vardo community. Here we produce Red King & Snow Crab and North Atlantic Whitefish as Cod, Haddock and Saithe. Product range include fresh, frozen, wet salted products and stockfish.
Our Norwegian facility is situated in the middle of the Red King & Snow Crab and Whitefish catching areas. This give us opportunity to supply high quality products on regular basis.
In January 2011 the Norwegian Health & Veterinary Authorities granted all the relevant certificates and permissions for Arctic Catch to additionally handle and process all Whitefish species relevant to the native fishery.
The factory itself has been built to a very high specification so externally and internally.
Arctic Catch is ideally located directly on the fishing grounds. Fishery was MSC certified in December 2011. Typical fishing trip is 6-8 hours.
Fish is landed a maximum of 4 hours from catching. Vessels are discharged directly onto own operated quay 30 metres from the factory.  
Fish is checked for quality, processed, size graded and packed in ice within 1 hour of landing, for dispatch.
