Leather Jackets
Factory: With 50 machines, producing mainly for our European Clients.
Sub Factories: 20 {contracts given for stitching/embroidery only under strict control of our supervisors and Quality controller}.
PRODUCT RANGE
1) Woven garments: All kinds of apparels for women/children. Western/Indian wear
(High fashion garments).
Products: skirt/ blouse/ trouser/ dress/ corset/ kurta-pyjama.
Materials Used: Cotton, Linen, Silk, Corduroy, Denim, Canvas, Chiffon, Rayon, Georgette, Crepe, Viscose, Polyester, Nylon net.

2) Knitted garments: All kinds of women and children's wear.
Products: T-shirts and woolens
Materials Used: All kinds of knitted rib eg. Etc./ 100% woolen knit/ acrylic/ cotton knit.

3) Accessories: belts - leather/ fabric with embroidered and sequenced

4) Footwear: embroidered bellies in denim, dupion and leather.

Specialization
We specializes in women's and children apparels with special hand embroideries/machine embroideries eg. AARI; CHIKAN KAARI; SINDHI; ZARDOZI; DABKA; APPLIQUE.

TEXTILE
WE HAVE EXPERTISE IN BLOCK/SCREEN/BATICK PRINTING/TIE AND DYE FABRICS.
EMBOIDERED FABRIC
APPLIQUE WORK BY THE YARD.

Delivery Schedule
Within 65 days from receipt of order backed by irrevocable letter of Credit confirmed by Ourbanker/ D.P {documents against payment} DEPENDING ON THE QUANTITY.

Quality Control
To manage our quality, we use the best fabrics and inputs depending upon the buyer's Requirements. In our factory we have a Three-stage system to ensure good quality of our products. Fabric is physically checked before it is cut. Then at each point of fabrication we have supervisors to inspect the quality of stitching. Again at finishing stage the products are inspected before being packed in P.P Bags & Corrugated boxes.

Materials Used
With our specialized technicians, we produce all types of:
Nappas: In Sheep, goat, cow, in resin finish, semi-analine finish, drum dyed waxy finish.
Nubucks: In cow & buff, oily finish, oily pull ups.
Dry Milled: In cow, with resin finish, drum dyed waxy finish.
Dry Milled: In cow with resin- finish, drum dyed waxy finish, ruboff ( used look ) finish, washed finish
Suedes: In goat with semi- chrome finish
Splits: In cow and Italian calf.

Infrastructure
Within a short span of time, the organisation has not only successfully managed the technical, regulatory and financial complexity of the leather market but also set a benchmark for growth and success. The factory has 50 machines and the comapny has a capacity of manufacturing 3000 garments per month.
