? ?I Sravan Kumar would introduce Aruhya Enterprises Yasser Al-Mutawa General Trading. ?We? trade Copper Wire Scrap to all the Copper & Copper Alloy Manufacturing Industries, Smelters, Wire Drawing Companies. Company runs its operations from Dubai, UAE, also has another division of Safety Building materials division in Manama, Bahrain, under the leadership of Mr. YASER MOHAMED AL-MUTAWA who hails from the royal family of Kingdom of Bahrain.
We hereby declare and confirm that we intend to purchase the quantity of goods specified under the terms and conditions described here.

COMMODITY: Copper wire Scrap purity 99.90% (rejection Value below 99.90%)

CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 Year.

QUANTITY:  Total 10,600mt.
  
INSPECTIONS: SGS or equivalent by PSI method.

PACKING / WEIGHT : Seller shall send the goods packed on pallets.

DELIVERY : BUSAN PORT / INCHEON PORT, KOREA

TRANSSHIPMENT : Not Allowed.

PARTIAL SHIPMENT : Not Allowed.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Transferable  LC at Sight.

DOCUMENTS: To be defined based on Port of Loading.

PERFORMANCE BOND : 2% PB by the seller once the contract is signed prior to opening the LC. (This 2% PB shall become operational only on receipt of Operational, Irrevocable, Transferable Letter of Credit at the sellers bank.)
