About ASTag Asia Smart Tag Co. Ltd (*****) was established in 1986 (Originally Horng Woei Co., Ltd). It focused on producing remote control products such as Radio Frequency Transmitter, Transmitter Switch, Duplicable Transmitter, Security Alarm�etc. In 1997, Astag founded the R&D department of RFID and devoted in developing related RFID products. In 1998, Asia Smart Tag started to enter into the RFID market and expand our global market to America, France, Malaysia, China and various countries in the world. During the last few years, we devoted in developing every kinds of High Frequency, Ultra-High Frequency, and Active products such as RFID Strap, Wristband Tag, Animals Tag, Smart Seal, any kind of Labels�etc. Their applications comprehend Access Control, Attendance Management, Personnel control, Membership Management, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Animals Control, Vehicle Access, Assets Management, Production Management�etc. Our main products are divided into Remote Control and RFID Products. Remote Control: Duplicator, Transmitter, Duplicable Transmitter, Transmitter Receiver, Transmitter Receiver Module, Transmitter Switch, Roller Shutter Transmitter�etc.RFID products are including Proximity Card, Tag, Reader, Module, Label, Vehicle Access, Pallet Tag, Inlay, Antenna, Combo Card�etc. Product Development ASTag introduced the first automotive production line for Smart Labels in year 2002�and the only manufacturer has equipped with RFID inlays and tags production systems which employ specific, cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. It means that smart labels produced are cheaper than ever. Our production facility is equipped with high-quality equipment allowing the manufacture of millions of UHF and HF inlays, in various types of material, and the customized antennas design to clients&＃039; needs. Technology The RFID manufacturing unit, including "flip-chips technology" pick-and-place equipment that applies the chip to its antenna on an inlay, offers a large productioncapacity and rigorous quality controls during the process. Every inlay is electrically tested after the chip/antenna assembly, before packaging. Any inlays are automatically marked so as to allow the label manufacturer to eliminate them during the integration process.
