I am writing to you from Managua, Nicaragua.

Azucar Managua producers of whole cane sugar in granulated form.  The sugar or "panela"  as it is called by the natives has a brown color and is produced in the same manner it has been produced for generations.  Sugar cane is brought directly from the plantations into so-called "trapiches" or improvised small sugar mills where the raw juice is extracted and dried to produce the whole sugar.  The process is completely self-sustaining since the "bagazo" or extracted cane is used as fuel.  Our product has a humidity between 2.5% - 3.0%.  We can assure up to 200,000 Kgs per month of our product packaged in boxes, sacks, or even plastic bags for the final consumer.  We could also do private label for third parties.
