It is gathered directly from the producers of the villages near to Messinia (Methoni, Pylos, Koroni near Kalamata.) the most fertile regions of Greece, a place which is known as the most famous for producing the best quality olive oil only with 0, 3-0, 5 acidity (higher class) with excellent aroma and flavour. The extra virgin olive oil Balsam, is produced by the method of cold pressing of olives (very low production temperature, 28 Celsius degrees) only by mechanical methods. The extra virgin olive oil Balsam does not contain refined oils. During its production and packaging we follow the strictest hygiene standards so that our client receives the extra virgin olive oil Balsam always in excellent quality. The packaging used is double layer, the most relevant internationally for safe storage of the product.
