Company Description

It has been over a quarter of a century since Bando Industrial Corporation was esablished in 1973. During that time, the company has become one of the few exclusively specialized producers of garden tools in Asia and the only one of its kind in Korea.
As such, it supplies market requirements to over 30 countries, attesting to the high quality of its products and worldwide recognition.
In 1982, the government's Small and Medium Industry Promotion Corporation officially designated Bando a candidate for a special modernization program.
The following year, the Ministry of Science and Technology selected it as a "promising small-medium enterprise" and accordingly afforded the pertinent technical backup.
In 1986, the small and medium industry Bank cited Bando for its achievement in export growth and, in a similar vein, the Korea First Bank declared it a prospective enterprise qualified for financial support.
With this, the 80-man staff was able to relocate in 1988 to a new plant constructed on a 12-1 / 2-acre site about an hBANDO INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION and a half south of the capital city of Seoul.
