Baoding Zhili Machinery Manufacturer Corp.ltd have our own factory. Following is some information about our factory. 1.Sand casting and precision casting item. Our factory is located in BaoDing city, HeBei province, China. Adjoin the capital Beijing and Xingang Harbor, our company is a comprehensive enterprise with integration of both manufacturing and trading. We own two precision casting plants, Two machining plants(one for general machining and the other for CNC machining) and one sand casting plant. We mainly process the casting, machining and surface treatment according to customer drawing requirements until the finished production. Our sand casting plant can produce all kinds of gray iron and ductile cast iron products with a monthly output exceeding 500 tons each month, stainless steel products more than 100 tons. Besides, we have matching common machining and CNC machining, workshops and surface treatment workshops for all of the above mentioned products, such as workshops for paint coating, and spraying. Cathode electrophoresis. one of the advanced plant with modern technics and equipments. 2.Die casting field. , we haveintegration of mould manufacture, die casting and machining. we can supply die castings in a wide range, it includes aluminum die casting( High pressure part, it can take more than 30 kgs pressure), zinc alloy die casting etc, the small part we had made is about 0.05 kgs, the bigger part we had made is about 5 kgs. Our company have convenient location, now we have 32 sets of various equipment.we have 6 die casting machine model 160ton to 1250T, we have 5 sets high precison mould machine tool.so we can satisfy various moulds and parts production.we have powerful capability of ***** we have 120 employees, 45 technicians.among them 10 engineers.
