Baoji Thread Gages Co., Ltd. was founded in September, 2007 with registration capital 5 million RMB. Until now about 30 million RMB has been invested into the corporation. It is a professional corporation for manufacturing all kinds of ordinary gauges and oilfield special gauges that has been using in many industries widely, such as CNPC. This company has more than 30 sets of excellent and advanced equipments, such as common and numerical control lathe, milling machine, inside and outside round grinding machine, plane grinding machine, vertical spindle rotary grinder, magnetic particle tester, numerical control punch marker, numerical control inside and outside screw grinding machine, three-coordinates measuring machine, etc. It can produce 2500 sets of screw gauge every year. The products have been sold to oilfields and special pipe makers and exported to America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Southeast Asian, Russian, Chile countries and regions. This company has 50 staff employees with 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers, and 30 technical workers. One specialist has 20 years experience in designing and producing screw gauge, who has taken part in drafting out or reviewing many standards related to screw gauge, such as API SPEC 7-2, API SPEC 5B, GB/T 22512.2-2008, etc. The company holds the API certificates�5B-0032, 7-2-0680�and has been approved by DNV with ISO 9001�2008. The complete procedure of product design, production and test are fully under supervision and strictly in accordance with National Standard and API Spec.
