Established in 2003, Baoyue Industries is a professional supplier of bags for cosmetics, laptops, shopping, traveling, souvenirs, ice and cedulas, plus daypacks, wallets, bicycle cushion covers and car covers, which are made of polyester, nylon, jeans, canvas and PVC. Around 90 percent of BaoYue Industries Co., Ltd. output is exported, and because of our dedication to innovation and high quality standards, we have built stable relationships with 15 to 30 famous companies worldwide, including Walt Disney, WLA, Walmart and Target.
Meeting RoHS and SGS Standards
Our 10 QC personnel, with three to five years of experience, ensure that our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive and passed SGS tests.
Monthly Output Reaching 150,000 to 200,000 Pieces
Our three factories, covering an area of over 11,000 square meters, house five production lines operated by 300 experienced workers to turn out 150,000 to 200,000 pieces monthly. We also cooperate with several partner factories and over 300 raw material suppliers to guarantee the delivery of 50,000-piece orders in one week.
Four to Five New Styles Developed Each Month
In addition, our 20 R&D engineers, with 10 years of experience, directly communicate with clients in English. They develop four to five new styles each month and provide samples in only five days. They have also produced bags for Disney and Angry Birds, which are now popular worldwide.
