Each Party issues their contract copies to their Banks for details of the Banking system to be used. 5. Buyer issues Irrevocable Non-Operative Letter of Credit / ISSUE MT799 AS PROOF FUNDS.6. Seller issues 2% performance bond to activate Irrevocable Non-operative Letter of Credit. 7. Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at loading port. 8. At the buyer&＃39;s request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port. 9. Shipments commences as per contract,Yard visit is allowed after final contract, buyer issue mt799, before issue LC, 2% pb to active the LC. Buyer can stay in yard till loading.
