Bedemco Inc. is a raw ingredient supplier of dried fruit, nuts, seeds and selected vegetable products. FBedemco Inc.th generation company, supplying products to a range of food manufacturers, commercial bakeries and food distributors. Our sister company, Hudson Valley Farms, is a processing facililty devoted to custom preparation of diced fruit, nuts and seeds; mixing/blending; and dry roasting and flavoring of nuts and seeds. Both Bedemco and Hudson Valley Farms are certified organic, and our products are Kosher certified Star K. We supply a range of products including conventional (with additives), natural (no additives) and certified organic products. We offer a full line of berry products for export including: cranberries, blueberries, cherries and black currants.
