Bijendra Heavy Electricals Pvt.Ltd. have developed as a Single Unit, a 4 Mega Watts Gasifier, the Largest in the World possible to be manufactured & shipped. AND Largest Engine operating in the World on Producer Gas / Syn-Gas of Four Mega Watts- Engines, mostly of all reputed brands, can be converted & modified by us for Syn-gas mode of operation. Gasifier Technology- New Generation- Updraft Fluidised Circulating Bed by the process of cracking by heat in the minimal presence of Oxygen. For higher requirements- Multiple units can be installed. Fuel Type- Municipal solid waste / Tyres / Rubber / Plastic / Any type of Biomass / Coal. Cleaning- By Venturi filters, Shower filters, De-humidifier & Specially developed Dust & Tar separators. On-line Gas analyzer, Flue Gas analyzer & Gas flow meter provided. Flue Gases can be utilized for drying of fuel or in a Waste Heat Recovery Boiler which can produce 800Kg. Steam per MW per hr. at nearly 6 Kg. pressure. Flue Gases are well within Pollution Control Norms. A source of Green Energy. Carbon Credits can be availed.
